Erin Goulding
OFFICE MANAGER
Erin has been with Evenflow from its beginnings and is a dedicated member of the management team. She has helped grow Evenflow Painting while working as the office manager, helping with marketing and handling the company accounting.
Rob Goulding
OWNER OPERATOR
Rob began Evenflow Painting over 20 years ago. He believes in his painters and knows that keeping long standing and happy employees makes for great working conditions and leads to better quality. With so much experience in the painting industry, Rob believes “Making customers happy” is the end goal for every Evenflow project.
Terry Milne
ESTIMATOR/QUALITY CONTROL
Terry started out with Rob 31 years ago. His dedication to preserving the quality of Evenflow’s new home construction contracts is key for Evenflow. For over 15 years, Terry has on quality control and estimating jobs. Keeping the painting crews organized and on time is a position Terry excels at.
Geo Major
PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR
Geo has been painting for over 35 years and has painted with Evenflow as far back as 2014. He now takes on the role of Estimator and managing Evenflow’s online presence as well as promotion, acquiring and managing new clients and those contracts.
